http://www.catalystpdg.com/

Next Friday we will be heading to Indy for a tour of Cataylst, an Industrial Design firm located in Indy. We will be leaving at 1 or 1:30 latest and well set a departure location soon.

Objectified Viewing!

This is the week we are screening the movie Objectified! It will NOT be outside like we thought it would since it's late October and cold. We WILL be watching it in the Senior studio Wednesday at 8:30 NOT at 5:30. People that can't make 5:30 meetings because of class or sports have an opportunity to come this week.

Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer

For those of you who haven't checked out the adbusters website, blog, or magazine, its about freakin time. Adbusters promote the culture jamming campaign led by Kalle Lasn and his anti-consumerism hipsters of doom.

ADBUSTERS!

Not to hate, i love adbusters - if you have any interest in culture, counter culture, DIY culture, branding, consumerism, etc, check it out.

Check out the website below. It provides information for different colors, such as if it is a good color for viewing on computers, under certain kinds of light, what stardard color from paint companies will match it, and other colors that will look good with a color (with mathematical reasons). It looks like a pretty interesting resource.

Perfume Fragrance Opportunity

http://www.ideawicket.com/Fine-Fragrance-Dispensing

I received an email from Ideawick through coroflot and thought I'd share it with you all. This seems incredibly ironic that it's at the same time as the bottle design for Steve's class, but check it out, who knows you might get some fat cash. Since we all have so much 'free time' to devote to third party competitions, lol. Happy Friday!

Ford SynUS concept. Poor execution, but a great example of the evolution of research into a concept.
